A Sustainable Conference

In order to promote the sustainability of the conference, we apply a waste reduction policy whose success depends on your involvement. We invite you to bring:

• Your personal cup or mug for the tea in the breaks as we will not have tea cups available;
• Your personal cup of coffee for the coffee in the breaks as we will have only a limited number of cups available;
• Your water bottle as we will not distribute plastic bottles; we will have water containers;
• A plastic badge holder (any size): sure that you have one somewhere from a former event! On arrival to IUFRO2023 you will be provided a cardboard badge with your names and the QRcode to the program, without any plastic holder;
• Your favourite notebooks and pencils for your notes (not provided on site).

NOTE: The printed conference programme and book of abstracts will be provided. The QR code will be available at the conference venue. A QR code will be available in different locations to download the programme and all practical information.
